Day of the Dead Skull Bag - Jade Green

These amazing bags are handmade in Southern Mexico. To begin, the fabric itself is woven using a backstrap loom, which is worn around the waist and fastened to a wall or tree. Once the fabric is made, a felt skull is attached which is embroidered with colourful yarns and finished with pompoms in many colours. The bag itself is unlined and does not have a fastening across the top. 

Each bag is completely unique and a piece of wearable art in our opinion!
